IT Operations Technician

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. This is a hands-on role that requires strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications., Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Assist with network administration tasks, including user access management and security protocols
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Document technical procedures and create user guides

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols
- Knowledge of VPN (Virtual Private Network) setup and configuration
- Familiarity with remedy ticketing system for incident management
- Understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP, DNS, etc.)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information effectively,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
