Full Job Description

If you're an IT Support Engineer with a knack for problem-solving, excellent technical skills, and a passion for teamwork, we want you on our IT Service Desk Team!
Your Role:

  • Provide responsive IT support, resolving technical issues and serving as a technical escalation point

  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, and keep documentation and logs up to date

  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of teams with tablets, laptops, and phones, Install, maintain & support PCs, mobiles, tablets, internal phones, and printers

  • Investigate and resolve helpdesk issues, identifying potential risks

  • Identify trends, offer training opportunities, and assist with operational changes

  • Manage ticket queues, update tickets, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs

  • Recommend operating procedures and manage documentation

  • Work solo or as part of a team, and handle other tasks as needed

    Great customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Proactive ticket management

  • Knowledge of Windows, Apple, Android devices

  • Familiarity with InTune, LAN/WAN networking, Windows 10/11

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and ITIL ticketing tools

  • Windows Servers, Active Directory, and remote access management, Strong analytical mind.

  • Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player with passion and confidence.
