Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join our team. As a Junior Property Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.   • Tenant Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Build positive relationships with tenants to foster a sense of community and satisfaction.

  • Leasing and Marketing: Assist in marketing available properties to prospective tenants. Coordinate property viewings, process rental applications, and assist in lease negotiations and renewals.

  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors to address repairs and maintenance tasks promptly.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property management team, including preparing lease agreements, maintaining tenant files, and generating reports as needed.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in property management.

    Prior experience in property management is preferred, or customer service is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

  • Basic knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction., Enfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Property Management: 1 year (required)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (required)
