Full Job Description

Kitchen porter / Trainee Pizza Chef required for Di Meo's in Whitley Bay . Working closely with the head chef and other Pizza Chef's, you will be learning how to cook traditional Italian pizza form scratch. The right candidate will also be given the opportunity to work in the main kitchen preparing authentic pasta dishes when required with plenty of room to grow within the role as the business progresses.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate good kitchen and hygiene knowledge and be passionate about food.,

  • Must be able to work as part of a team.

  • Be keen to learn new Kitchen Management Skills.

  • Must be passionate about food and have the ability to work under pressure.

  • Must be able to interact with customers to deliver a great standard of service

  • Candidate must Implement excellent health, safety and hygiene standards

  • Good time management and team spirit., Chef: 1 year (preferred)

  • Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)

  • Baking: 1 year (preferred)
