Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Laser Operator to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a laser cutting machine to fabricate sheet metal components. This is a full-time position based in our facility in the heart of the industrial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor laser cutting machine to cut sheet metal components.
-Monitor stock levels and keep working area tidy.
-Liaise with customers and other employees to plan cutting accordingly and keep relevant paperwork upto date.
An understanding in manufacturing.
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Experience in operating a laser cutting machines not necessary but would be a bonus. - Ability to use and operate a pc.
- An understanding of designing would be preferred.
