Full Job Description

As our next Lead UX Designer, you'll relish the opportunity to grow & develop a design team by setting the standard for the user experience discipline. You're proactive and insightful, always in tune with the needs of your team, the organisation and the target audience. You will help define compelling solutions to complex issues to ensure the users' needs are met, rallying your stakeholders behind a holistic vision with clear guidance and context.

  • Significant experience in UX Design.

  • Proven abilities to manage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • In-depth understanding of user research methodologies and their application in design.

  • Working knowledge of Figma.

  • Current understanding of the impact of accessibility (desirable).
