Leasing Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operational team, based Ebb and Flow, Reading as a Leasing Professional.

Reporting to the Leasing Manager, the role of Leasing Professional role carries responsibility for building and maintaining the reputation and brand of the building in the local community, driving revenue, managing costs and all whilst achieving the highest possible approval rating for service and team engagement.

Your objective will be to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals and referrals. You will perform the day-to-day leasing activities and support resident satisfaction initiatives. You will have a proven appreciation of what it takes to deliver outstanding customer service.
