About the Job

• To work as part of the Art and Design team in the curriculum development, organisation and delivery of high quality teaching and learning in the area of Art and Design.


• To take a course leadership role in monitoring, reviewing and evaluation of all aspects of the programme(s).


• To carry out formal scheduled teaching, tutorials and assessments. To include the preparation of learning materials, students' assignments and to support students in their studies both during scheduled teaching sessions and during periods of self-directed study.
  
  Degree in relevant subject area


• A full teaching qualification or be willing to work towards within the first 12 months of employment.


• Experience of teaching in subject area.
  
  We are actively searching for a Lecturer - Art and Design to join our Art department at our Twelve Quays Campus for 21 hours per week. We will offer a salary of up to £40,552 per year pro rata (actual up to £24,331) plus many added incentives including:
