Full Job Description

  • Ensure that all work is technically compliant, working closely with the Quality team

  • Work to be completed to a high quality standard and meet regulatory quality standards (AS9100)

  • Provide support to the team in the timely completion of Process

  • Failure Mode effects analysis

  • Basic knowledge of reading drawings

  • Assist with quality-related issues within the manufacturing team

  • Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements

  • Build and maintain customer and supplier relations

  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities

  • Using Teams monitor and complete 5s audits as required, raise

    • issues and complete any actions raised, also participate and
    contribute to employee ideas
  • Actively engage and participate in new or ongoing company projects as required

  • Run AeroDNA reports and action accordingly

  • Help to ensure control plans, product records and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained through the Advance Product Quality Planning system

  • Assist with preparation and completion of FAIRS

  • Ensure that all work is technically compliant, working closely with the Quality team

  • Maintain work equipment and report repairs as required

  • Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere

  • Help to Improve business programs, technologies, and procedures

  • Oversee day-to-day business activities

    Functional Skills in maths and English (if required), Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Creative, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Desired

    • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade 4) Desired
