Full Job Description

As a Workforce Development co-ordinator within our Liverpool Big Life service, you will focus on working with the Liverpool team to provide a first-class service to individuals and Drug and Alcohol services in providing a workforce development evaluation.

You will recruit Experts by Experience to work in a supportive team to develop, write and implement a Lived Experience toolkit for the Drug and Alcohol services.

You will work within Liverpool Support Hub to give vulnerable adults a safe environment to get support and engage with activities.

  • Experience of working with a range of agencies and organisations to develop effective working relationships.

  • Experience in one or more of the following fields: homelessness, addiction, mental health, physical health, employment, social inclusion.

  • Ability to manage a varied and complex workload effectively.

  • Ability to deal with and de-escalate difficult situations in a calm manner.

  • Personal resilience and flexible attitude in the face of difficulties.

  • You need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

  • A full-time contract (until 31 March 2025) with an annual salary of NJC Scale 14 - £27,344 (we would consider a job share of 16 hours)
