Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department, reporting directly to our Marketing Manager. We are open to discussing the number of hours you'd like to work, be it full-time or part-time. We're sensitive to things like childcare and family life, so let us know what works best for you and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our Marketing Assistant will be responsible for all the key day-to-day activities that keep our communications strong, including but not limited to:

• Printed Communications Stock Management & Ordering


• Daily Social Media Posts and Interaction


• Produce and Schedule Campaigns via Mailchimp


• Regular Check-ins with our Account Managers to Gather Ideas & Campaign Feedback


• Supporting the Sales Team with Bespoke Campaign Requests


• Industry and Competitor Research


• Event Booking, Organisation and Attendance (where required)


• Data Input and Export from Company CRM


• Proofreading of Campaigns


• Blog and Website Maintenance


• Supporting Corporate Activities such as Awards and Charity Events

Desirable Skills

• A degree in a Marketing-related course would be desirable.


• Knowledge of the finance industry and/or specific industry sectors is a plus.


• Experienced with Mailchimp Email Marketing


• Ability to use basic features of WordPress (blog uploading, text updates etc.)
