Full Job Description

The marketing manager will be responsible for coordinating the marketing plan for the company to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and business goals.

The campaigns and brand message are finance & investment focused

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall annual marketing plan

  • Plan, develop and execute all digital and non-digital campaigns including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

  • Operate the companies social media accounts

  • Create content from company activities and projects

  • Organize high-profile events and ensure company's presence at networking events such as trade shows and conferences

  • Updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best marketing practices to improve company strategies.

  • Effectively manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.

  • Initiates brand building and awareness activities for key stakeholders., This onsite position will be based in our Crosby Office and hybrid working arrangements are available.

    BA degree in Marketing

  • At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

  • Profound understanding in marketing principles

  • Experience in B2B and Financial Services Marketing is a plus

  • Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills

  • Good level of photograph & video skills
