Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a mobile multiskilled Building Services Engineer with an Air Conditioning bias/established skillset to work predominantly within a 40 mile radius of Bourne, Lincolnshire covering a range of tasks within a wide range of commercial (and some domestic) environments. The role encompasses:

• reactive tasks and call out attendance


• planned maintenance


• mechanical building maintenance


• air handling / ventilation systems maintenance


• assisting with the installation, service and maintenance of split systems, VRF/VRV's


• commercial gas experience/qualified would be an advantage


• BMS knowledge including Trend, an advantage


The ideal candidate will be based in or near Bourne, have a flexible approach to undertaking a variety of tasks and thrive on completing works to a high standard, within the timeframes agreed with the client. They will be able to work on their own intiative as well as integrate into teamworking where required.

Applicants must hold F-GAS category 1 and preferably C&G RAC level 3, IPAF, PASMA Skillcard and relevant commerical gas qualifications, have 3-years minimum HVAC experience and previously worked in a similar role. A curent, clean drivers licence is essential.

Work is based on a 40-hour Monday to Friday working week with ocassional overtime/weekend working and future standby/on-call rotation.
