Full Job Description

Knowledge, skill and experience in plumbing activities

- Construct and assemble structures based on blueprints or specifications
- Fabricate and install cabinets, shelves, doors, and windows
- Perform masonry work such as laying bricks or stones
- Repair or replace damaged components of apartments
- Install electrical wiring and fixtures
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team. As a Builder, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing various structures. This role requires heavy lifting and proficiency in carpentry, joinery, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Experience with hand tools and power tools is essential., Proven experience as a Builder or similar role
- Proficiency in carpentry, joinery, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor,

  • Joinery: 1 year (preferred)

  • Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

  • Plumbing: 1 year (preferred)


    • Licence/Certification:
  • CSCS (required)

  • NICEIC (preferred)

  • APHC (preferred)
