Full Job Description

At Moorside Business Park we offer modern commercial premises close to Colchester Town Centre. We have commercial units and modern offices, offering companies 24 hour CCTV, dedicated parking and on-site catering services, all within easy access to the road and rail networks in and out of Colchester.

Our friendly team have a vacancy for a:

Part Time Night/Day Watchman and Caretaker

This role is based at the Moorside Business Park in central Colchester.

Duties will include:

CCTV monitoring

Locking up and securing the site

Grass cutting and sweeping

General tidying including litter picking

This role is 132 hours per month, 16.00 - 22.00 weekdays, 8.00 - 18.00 weekends and includes alternate weekends.

Rate of pay £11.44 per hour
