Full Job Description

  • Provide a profitable and efficient supply of parts and accessories to both internal and external customers.

  • Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention using sound selling techniques.

  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt, courteous, helpful and professional manner.

  • Locate and issue parts to technicians including using our IVHC system.

  • Qualify customers and accurately identify their requirements.

  • Locate and document the sale of parts, accounting for any money received.

  • Record accurate information using the dealership's computer systems.

    Work experience:

  • A minimum of one years' experience within a similar role is desirable.


  • Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry is desirable.

  • Knowledge of Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop is desirable.


  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Computer literacy is essential.

  • Numeracy and literacy skills are essential.


  • Attitude and ability:
  • A strong belief in providing excellent customer service is essential.

  • The ability to sell additional products is essential.

  • The ability to work as part of a team is essential.

  • A smart and well-presented appearance is essential.

  • Flexibility is essential., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
