Full Job Description

Our Pension Administration Officers are pivotal in the delivery of Strictly Education's comprehensive pension services. As part of our dynamic Pensions team, you'll act as a first point of contact to clients and pension funds, handling queries efficiently and escalating complex issues to the Pension Manager as necessary.

Possessing an in-depth understanding of Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS) or Teachers Pensions (TP), the Administration Officers will ensure accurate data management, documentation, and client support, adhering to service level agreements by consistently delivering accurate work on time, utilising task management tools such as eTickets and Monday.com.

You'll also stay abreast of evolving legislation and industry best practices, ensuring all work aligns with current processes and standards, and always striving for continuous improvement in service delivery.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally working with Local Government Pensions (LGPS), Teachers Pensions (TP) or similar Pension Funds.

  • Strong aptitude for working with numbers, problem-solving, and maintaining accuracy.

  • Proficiency in basic Excel skills (e.g., v-lookup).

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
