Full Job Description

Due to ongoing growth, we're excited to be looking for an Advisor to join the People and Culture Team at Club L London. Working closely with the People and Culture Manager, you'll be involved in all aspects of the function, supporting with everything from planning engagement events, to owning and driving the recruitment strategy and talent development process.,

  • Supporting the People and Culture Manager with all aspects of HR including talent attraction, comms & engagement, wellbeing, and learning and development

  • Focus on sourcing new talent and engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations

  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills, ensuring quality hires whilst minimising time to fill

  • Facilitating smooth onboarding processes and inductions for new hires

  • Completing regular check-ins with existing staff members and exit interviews with leavers to ensure positive relations are maintained at all stages

  • Collaborating with employees at all levels across the business to understand their needs, providing guidance on best practice and offering commercial solutions where appropriate

  • Maintain confidentiality and provide a confidential platform for employees to talk about their issues in the workplace

  • Assisting with the creation and rollout of the wider People and Culture strategy

  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws

  • Supporting with general HR admin and reporting

    Experience working within a fashion/retail/-commerce environment preferable but not essential

  • Proven HR, employee relations and/or recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or progressive environment

  • Good understanding of UK employment laws and processes, and ability to stay up to date with changes/industry trends

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software

  • Excellent relationship building and communication, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels
