Full Job Description

We're recruiting for an experienced administrator with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous payroll experience. Attention to detail is key. Duties include; preparing payroll, ordering supplies, preparing reports for various agencies and general administration duties. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within the care sector.

The successful candidate will be supporting homes in the South Essex area with administrative duties.

Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by the applicant. The employer has claimed an exception under the Equality Act 2010.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of adults. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Suitable qualifications in Maths and English.

Previous experience in handling money and payroll.
