Full Job Description

  • Conduct engaging and insightful interviews with experts, notable guests, celebrities, and influencers.

  • Prepare thoughtful questions to guide interviews and foster meaningful conversations.

  • Ensure the smooth flow and pacing of each podcast episode, maintaining audience interest and engagement.

  • Co-Production:

  • Assist in the strategy and execution of podcast production.

  • Manage pre and post-production processes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external editors to develop engaging content.

  • Coordinate with guests and internal teams to deliver high-quality content.

  • Content Development and Promotion:

  • Develop promotional strategies for podcast episodes.

  • Create and manage social media content to expand the podcast's reach.

    What We're Looking For: We seek a dynamic and versatile Podcast Host and Co-Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for engaging conversations. Experience in media production, particularly podcasting, is desirable., Proven experience in hosting, interviewing, or being in front of the camera.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation., Minimum 2 years of experience in content production.

  • BSc in Communications, Media Production, or equivalent.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • UK Right to Work - Passport / VISA / BRP.
