Product Genius

The role holder will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensure that their time at the showroom is an exceptional and enjoyable experience. The Product Genius will also be required provide our customers with refreshments as well as being essential in assisting the sales executives deliver fantastic customer service. You will do this by making sure vehicles are available for test drives and following up calling customers that have visited the showroom ensuring they are 'completely happy' with the service we have delivered.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in a customer facing role, ideally in retail. It is also beneficial if you are computer and social media efficient.
