Full Job Description

As the voice of the user, you will drive the decisions that make our products the best they can be, for our clients and the organisation, as a whole. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will lead the research, requirement gathering and epic creation and backlog refinement for our Platforms product. You'll work with teams of driven and passionate developers, testers, clients and users, and a growing product team, with a vision of new technologies and positive change.

We want to bring on board a person who will invest the time and energy into understanding key technologies, actions and the needs of our Advertiser, Agency, and Publishers users.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Demonstrate strong decision-making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice.

· Work with users & stakeholders to identify needs and define requirements.

· Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.

· Ensure that the development team always has an adequate supply of prepared stories.

· Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

· Product analytics awareness and implementation for KPI management.

· Work closely with the Product Team to create and maintain a product backlog according to business Value, Product roadmap and/or ROI.

· Work closely with the Development Team and the Head of development to ready tasks and goals for development and delivery.

· Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.

· Follow our competitors and the industry.

You are an experienced product owner with a demonstratable knowledge of agile processes and principles. You are experienced in working with a Product Design & Usability function, collaborating on UX, User Research, User Validation and User Testing sessions; as well as business analysis experience using modelling and documentation techniques such as User Stories, User Cases, User Acceptance Criteria, and Affinity Mapping., · Demonstrable knowledge of Agile processes and principles.

· Experience working from product ideation to inception including discovery and validation.

· 2+ years as a Product Owner or similar.

· Experience working on SAAS products and solutions.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

· Degree qualified (or similar standard).

· Previous knowledge in the Affiliate Marketing industry.

· Ability to understand data and make data-driven decisions.

· Self-starter and proactive by nature.

· Action taker who is great at focusing on what matters and quick to deliver results.

· First-rate organisational skills and close attention to detail.

· Flexible and adaptable - ability to adapt to changing requirements of the business.

· Ability to work under own initiative to plan work that needs to be completed.

· A natural sense of ownership.

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

· Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
