Production Assistant

Operating from our new Hertfordshire roastery in Hatfield, just 20 minutes from London, we aim to showcase the incredible work done by producers at origin, curating an ever-changing selection of coffees as harvests come and go.

Working within a close-knit team, a Production Assistant must possess a keen eye for detail, be comfortable moving heavy items, and work quickly and efficiently.

Daily tasks include:

• Labelling and packing bags of roasted coffee.


• Despatching orders for wholesale and online customers.


• Ensuring the roastery is clean and tidy at the end of each day.


• Involvement in Quality Control tastings.


The role offers a London Living Wage, with a minimum of 35hrs per week, increasing as and when workload dictates.

We prepare meals in house every day, and you'll always have access to delicious coffee. Each week, you can take home a 250g bag of our coffee and receive a 25% discount on all retail items.

We provide full training in all aspects of the job.
