Production Coordinator

Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an additional person to be responsible for coordinating production, but being a small company, to also help with company I.T., bookkeeping and customer services.

The position is largely office based and will consist of:

• Scheduling stock takes, sometimes doing them yourself.


• Inputting and analysing the stock position for a product line, with 160 SKUs.


• Generating clear orders and placing them with overseas suppliers.


• Monitoring stock levels of product, displays stands and POS items, and placing orders accordingly.


• Coordinating with Mulberry Studios USA to do the same as above.


• Coordinating with international customers in placing orders.


• Working alongside the General Manager and liaising with the Operations Manager and Sales Manager in the UK.


• Coordinating shipping from Asia to the UK / USA or other countries.


Plus:

· Bookkeeping, such as bank reconciliation and the purchase ledger.

• Support IT, where possible.


• General administration, including covering customer services, as needed.
  
  This role will suit you if you have a solution orientated attitude, enjoy problem solving, have excellent IT skills that include a love for Excel, and can communicate well both with colleagues and with suppliers & customers around the world.


· Computer literate, but with excellent Excel experience.

• Will be self-organised, and able to work on their own balancing the different demands of the role.


• Experience in a Production Coordinator role is not essential, as full training can be given. However relevant experience and qualifications will be considered when choosing the successful candidate.
