Project Manager

Yogo Group seeks a skilled and passionate project manager to join our London team. The ideal candidate should possess a track record of managing diverse projects ranging from £2m to £20m, with specific expertise in new construction and conversions. A strong familiarity with building regulations is essential. The successful applicant must demonstrate proficiency in overseeing health and safety concerns within facility projects, as well as a working knowledge of principal designer roles and CDM regulations. They will take full accountability for the team, meet deadlines consistently, collaborate effectively, and communicate seamlessly with our in-house construction manager and team to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.,

• Manage and coordinate meetings all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion and maintain detailed records of decisions.


• Interpret drawings accurately and support team coordination during the design phase.


• Collaborate with suppliers to specify products for the design and construction phases.


• Monitor and coordinate consultant documentation, ensuring timely submission on-site.


• Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship between designers and construction team.


• Track on-site progress using Gantt charts and submit progress reports to directors and seniors.


• Implement rigorous quality control measures during construction and provide photographic reports.


• Prepare H&S documents such as construction phase health and safety plans.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and British standards.


• Provide regular reports on project costs and budgets to senior management.


• Monitor planning conditions and oversee the submission of relevant information.


• Manage documentation required for project completion certificates.
  
  Maintain knowledge of building regulations and demonstrate basic familiarity with JCT-type contracts.


• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Exhibit a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.


• Be self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.


• Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively implement solutions to overcome obstacles


• Hold a full clean driving license.


Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record as a Project Manager in residential construction within the UK.


• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.


• Outstanding leadership and team coordination capabilities.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred, though not mandatory).
