Full Job Description

  • Engage client teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and processes for projects

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management into project planning and execution

  • Provide risk management training and guidance to client project teams and within Blueprint

  • Knowledge transfer and support to junior colleagues

  • Work with Blueprint Technical Lead - Risk in developing Blueprint's products and services

    This is a senior-level role which will cover a broad range of Risk Management activities on major construction and decommissioning projects within the Nuclear, Defence and Infrastructure sectors. The role will entail working in a highly regulated environment with supply chain partners and other programme teams. You will have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and be able to interpret and analyse data to make robust recommendations to the project team, in a challenging and complex environment., Strong teamwork ethic and a collaborative approach to working

  • Inquisitive by nature with a passion to strive for the best outcomes

  • Good negotiator, persuasive, and able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Adaptable with a willingness to respond positively to new ways of working

  • Comfortable presenting and engaging in knowledge transfer activities, Proven track record of leading successful risk management on projects

  • Good understanding of risk integration within project controls

  • Experience working on complex projects in various industries

  • Ability to engage and lead project team through QRA process, Certification in Risk Management with a recognised professional body;

  • APM Risk Certificate L1&2,
