Full Job Description

This role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their collaboration needs, and effectively positioning and selling AV & Collaboration products and services. The Sales Specialist will work closely with prospects, channel partners, and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets.,

  • New Business Development

  • Consultative Sales and Solution Positioning

  • Relationship Building and Account Management

  • Sales Strategy and Reporting

    Proven track record of success in B2B sales in the AV collaboration industry or related technology sector.

  • In-depth understanding of AV collaboration solutions, including video conferencing, audio systems, collaboration software and related technologies.

  • Experience and understanding of Public Sector tender process and framework management

  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, articulate solution value, and navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven and results orientated.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.

    Salary Package: £40,000 - £45,000, Company Car/Car Allowance, plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year

  • Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday. We also offer the opportunity to benefit from a Core Hours arrangement (role-specific), providing flexibility around your personal needs
