· Performing weekly, random quality audits on processes and in-progress components.

· Production and maintenance of reports and technical records.

· Providing support to audits (internal and external).

· Participating in Root Cause Failure Mode investigations.

· Maintaining the calibration register and coordinating equipment calibration, both internally and externally.

· Supporting Continuous Improvement activities, identifying ways to improve the processes.

· Report/record management and administration.

· Maintaining and implementing an effective work environment.

We're a small and friendly team, who all help out with various duties as needed, so having a flexible work approach is crucial.

· Value team work

Ideally, we're also looking for someone who has:

· Experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment.

· Competitive salary between £28,000 - £32,500 (depending upon experience and enthusiasm)

· Cycle to work scheme (once you've passed your probation period)

· Free EV charging on site

· Stakeholder pensions scheme with company matching and a death in service scheme.

Direct applications only, no agencies.
