Full Job Description

This post will support the Quality and Safety team in the co-ordination and delivery of quality, safety and patient experience across the Clinical Board. You will be a point of contact for providing quality, safety and patient experience support and advice where required. It would be beneficial to have experience in the field of quality, safety & compliance, with understanding of the relationships with Primary Care contractors. You will have experience of using and managing systems such as DATIX and Excel, manipulating and analysing data and presenting them in a user-friendly format. You need to be an excellent team player, have good communication skills, excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines., The Team Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Quality and Safety Team ensuring that effective and efficient clinical governance and quality and safety processes are developed and maintained. The role involves administrative and clerical support and event management. The post-holder will be self-directed, tenacious and able to work as a key member of the team with a flexible approach.T

Successful applicants would benefit from a thorough understanding of the NHS, extensive knowledge of administrative systems and experience of working with IT systems and databases, analytical skills and experience of providing a service focused environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, will be required., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
