Are you a dynamic recruitment leader passionate about attracting and retaining top talent? Join us as a Recruitment Manager and lead our recruitment function with innovative strategies, seamless execution, and exceptional team management.,

  • Recruitment Strategy: Craft and implement winning recruitment strategies to bring in the best talent.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle everything from job postings and sourcing to interviews and onboarding.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Sourcing Talent: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find top candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

  • Sponsorship Management: Oversee the sponsorship management process, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.

  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand through job fairs, campus events, and social media.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse recruitment metrics and present insights to improve strategies.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to policies, regulations, and laws.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a management role.

  • Sponsorship Knowledge: Proven experience in managing sponsorships and understanding immigration laws.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS.

  • Preferred: Employer branding experience, knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices., Bachelor's (preferred)

  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)

    Communitas Clinics is a provider of NHS community ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Dermatology services, operating across London and the South East of England. Patients are referred to our service by their GP, and appropriate referrals are then treated in community settings by specialist clinicians.


  • Communitas Clinics has grown organically from a small service operating in one London borough, to an organisation employing over 100 staff and serving a population of over 4 million.

  • Part Time, 22-24 hours per week, Monday to Friday
