Full Job Description

  • Ensure specific rules, requirements and procedures are met

  • Re-allocation of customer licences

  • Keep up to date with knowledge of customer specific rules and requirements

  • Functional testing of products after completion of repairs

  • Allocation of numbers for customers wishing to send faulty products to the Repair Centre

  • Unpacking consignments of faulty products ensuring paperwork is correct

  • Assess requirements for repairs fees, based on warranty status and condition of equipment

  • Request and process of customer purchase orders

  • Liaison with customers, reporting progress on repairs and repair charges

  • Escalation of incidences where turnaround commitments are unlikely to be met

    Higher level education

  • Experience using ERP systems

  • Generating reports and understanding analysis of trends in data

  • Solid administrative background

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Familiar with MS Office
