Full Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker with NVQ Level 3 qualification in childrens to join our service. The Residential Support Worker will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children/young people living in childrens residential homes primarily in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the children/young people they will be caring for., Provide direct care and support to children in accordance with their individual care plans, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Assist children with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and medication administration.

Foster a safe and supportive environment for children , promoting their independence and well-being.

Establish positive relationships with children, families, and other members of the care team, advocating for their rights and preferences.

Monitor and report changes in childrens physical or emotional condition to appropriate staff members and participate in the development and review of care plans.

Facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities with childrens , encouraging social engagement and participation.
