Restaurant Supervisor - Evenings

The Beechwood Hotel is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for our 60-cover Restaurant where we serve modern British cuisine. This is an evening position - 5 days a week 6pm until finish (11pm approx) to include Friday and Saturday nights. We are one of the top Hotels in Norfolk on Tripadvisor, and we pride ourselves on our warm and friendly welcome, and excellent customer service. The standard of food is of AA Two Rosette quality. Previous supervisory experience in rosette fine dining is preferred but not essential. Would suit an experienced supervisor or an experienced waiter / waitress looking for their first supervisory role.

Foodservice: This position has an emphasis on the restaurant. Generally working with the Duty Manager and waiters / waitresses to deliver a high level of food service, setting up the restaurant, serving and setting up for the next service. This is a very hands on role. Carrying out training for junior staff members on a regular basis.

Bar: Serving drinks, Meet & Greet, Ordering guest's drinks and meals, guest liaison, re-stocking the bar
