Full Job Description

We, here at Managed, are recruiting for a Sales & Procurement Administrator to join us working remotely and supporting our Finance Team based in Milton Keynes & remotely.

This is an excellent opportunity where you will help our busy, sales, customer service & finance teams with their data entry, reporting, procurement & sales administration.

You will be responsible for:

  • Issuing sales quotes to customers

  • Day to day processing of all customer sales orders

  • Sales order procurement

  • Administrative support for Business Development team

  • Sales ledger interaction

  • Sales performance reporting

  • Sales commissions & KPIs

  • General administrative support to the finance team
