Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as a SEND Case Worker? Join our SEND and Inclusion service and help improve outcomes that bring positive changes to the lives of families and children/young people with SEND.

Our focus is on preventive and early intervention, ensuring that our services are child, young person, and family-centred, always listening to and responding to their voices.

As a SEND Case Worker, you will be responsible managing own workload which will include providing accurate notetaking and detailed minutes of key meetings, giving technical advice on bespoke ICT software and ensuring all data on systems is accurate and up to date. You will also be required to set up systems and monitor performance & budget information against pre-set targets reporting on and evaluating the data.

Our ideal candidate should be educated to A level standard / NVQ level 3 in business and administration or equivalent. Prior admin experience and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy team will be essential. You will need to showcase your proficiency with using Microsoft systems, electronic data management systems and your awareness of data protection.
