Senior Experimentation Developer (CRO)

You will work with the award-winning experimentation team that exists to maximise the ROI of the product development teams by ensuring that what is delivered has the greatest impact on the customer experience and our business KPIs.

What you'll do:

• Build & execute A/B tests on both client and full stack Optimizely.


• Develop and maintain Optimizely experiments, ensuring accurate tracking, segment targeting and performance optimisation.


• Upskilling and supporting squads on setting up fullstack tests.


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Optimizely-related issues.


• Supporting on technical documentation for the use and implementation of Optimizely across the business.



• Create high quality software using agile methodologies


• Utilise techniques such as TDD and Pair Programming


• Participate in the full software life cycle, including support and continuous integration


• Drive continuous improvement within a self-regulating team


• Have plenty of opportunity to learn new things, as well as coaching and mentoring others
  
  Strong knowledge of experimentation platforms such as Optimizely.


• Experience developing experiments in Optimizely.



• Good knowledge of React and NodeJS


• Strong Frontend experience with HTML and CSS.


• Knowledge of other technologies such as GraphQL and TypeScript.


• Demonstrable experience of software development for high capacity, high traffic, high availability websites/systems


• Delivery experience within agile projects


• A problem solving and creative thinking mindset

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

Our spacious tech hub is less than a mile from Leeds train station. There's plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

Need a break? You can blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.

Livingston Watermark House:

Our lively campus is a free shuttle bus away from Livingston South train station and the town centre. Plus there's onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
