Senior Fleet Administrator

As the Senior Fleet Administrator, you will administer the Fleet Management program within the assigned area of responsibility. You will also be responsible for the resolution of issues for internal and external stakeholders, produce required reports, track metrics and report out as required. The Senior Fleet Administrator will also support and sometimes take the lead on Fleet Management projects and continuous improvement activity.,

• Support internal and external stakeholders with execution of the Fleet Management program within the assigned area of responsibility


• Investigates issues and leads problem resolution activity to ensure stakeholder satisfaction


• Responsible for continuous improvement activity within the assigned area to improve customer service, reduce cost and improve process efficiency


• Acts as the lead contact between internal customers and external service providers.


• Expected to participate as a team member on various Fleet Management projects and will occasionally lead projects independently


• Conducts analysis within the assigned area of responsibility to evaluate Fleet Management program effectiveness and support with continuous improvement
  
  Experience in an Administrative / Coordination capacity - Fleet experience is preferred but not essential


• Computer skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


• Language skills - English & German


• Be organized, detail-oriented and possess excellent time management skills


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to communicate effectively internally at all levels of the organization and externally.
