Full Job Description

The SEO Account Manager will report to and support the SEO Director in all key SEO deliverables ensuring they are delivered on time and to JBH Standards.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside our SEO Director to grow the SEO department. Your core duties will include supporting the SEO director in all key SEO deliverables for JBH clients and ensuring that all associated work is delivered on time and to our client's high-quality standard., Work alongside the SEO Director to develop and oversee SEO strategies for a range of clients across various industries, ensuring they achieve online visibility and organic search performance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and client market analysis.
- Managing client accounts, overseeing a portfolio of SEO accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are managed effectively. Identifying, raising and solving client issues/problems as they occur. Preparing and delivering in-depth technical audits to unearth client opportunities.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimisation to improve clients organic performance.
- Creating and communicating summary reports and post-campaign analysis of all projects.
- Engage with the team to ensure knowledge and best practice is shared, keeping up to speed with SEO trends, insights, and topics, and delivering SEO best practices.
Support the agency and Directors with ad-hoc SEO tasks as necessary.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights / statistical analysis.

2-3 years experience in a similar role within the SEO industry.
- A strong understanding of SEO and best practices and experience auditing for a range of clients, data analysis and client reporting.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Semrush to conduct site analysis, keyword research and audits.
- Awareness and knowledge of technical SEO best practices and the ability to implement minor tech SEO improvements.
- Experience using Google tools such as GA4 and search console.
- Understanding and experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT for various activities, including data analysis.
