Service Advisor

We are looking for a positive, pro-active & motivated individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. In this role you will act as the main point of contact for customers, work closely with our workshop to ensure a smooth & positive customer experience, & manage the day to day running of many of our office systems.

Responsibilities

- Greeting customers

- Booking appointments through online systems, phone calls & in person

- Managing daily schedule of work, ensuring services are completed by required deadlines

- Generating job cards

- Potentially completing service estimates & quotations

- Liaising between customers and workshop

- Pro-actively managing customer questions, compliments & complaints

- Invoicing and collecting customer payments

- Maintaining customer records in line with GDPR

- Ordering parts

- Processing third party warranty claims

- Following office administration systems

- Using a range of generic & industry specific IT systems

- Other tasks as reasonably required to ensure the smooth running of the business & a positive customer experience

Previous industry experience beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided

- Solid customer service & administration background essential

- Ability to proactively troubleshoot customer problems and find solutions essential

- Ability to juggle sometimes conflicting priorities to ensure positive outcomes for all essential

- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills essential
