Full Job Description

You will be responsible for all drivers dropping vehicles into our service department, greeting the drivers and to raise the job cards and pass to the workshop manager once all loaded onto the system. You would also be very involved with emails, bookings & phone calls. The role would be Monday - Friday 0800 - 1800 & Every other Saturday 0800 - 1300.,

  • Greeting drivers on arrival

  • Dealing with Emails & Phone Calls

  • Raising Job Cards

  • Creating Bookings

  • Updating Customers

  • Assisting our breakdown technicians with there workload

  • Working with the workshop management team closely

    Harris DAF Lea Valley has an exciting opportunity available to join our team as a Service Advisor in Waltham Cross. You will join us on a full-time basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.,
  • Salary per annum, based on experience

  • Holiday entitlement - 20 Days Plus Bank Holidays (Rising to 25 Days Based on Service)

  • Ongoing training as required
