Shift Manager

OGM (SW) Ltd are looking for a Shift Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our busy injection moulding and assembly operation based in Hengoed, South Wales.

The site operates 24 hours per day, Sunday night to Friday with Associates working a rotating three shift pattern 6am -2pm; 2pm to 10pm or 10pm to 6am.

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Shift Manager with knowledge and experience of the plastics industry, ideally experience of injection moulding.

As Shift Manager you will be responsible for the site and all personnel on your shift.

Managing and developing a team of 10 to 15 Manufacturing Associates you will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement in everything that we do.
