Full Job Description

To provide administrative support to the depot operations.

  • Responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner by phone and email.

  • Assist in the processing of orders from booking requests through to job confirmation.

  • Scheduling and booking waste loads to overseas suppliers

  • Ensure paperwork is processed and completed correctly to allow accurate and timely invoicing

  • To input data into CSG's in-house computer databases and other administrative computer systems

  • Liaise with operational staff and other departments and depots within CSG to ensure information is accurately and quickly shared

  • Provide administrative support on a wide range of general administration tasks as required

  • Ensure customer confidentiality within all tasks.

  • Liaise with the administration team to ensure cover is always provided, including periods of holidays and sickness for other office workers.

  • Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policy and behaviours.

  • Demonstrate CSG performance behaviours.

    Strong attention to detail and highly organised.

  • Computer literate, experience of MS Office

  • Results orientated, self-starter who delivers to deadlines.

  • Excellent team working skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

  • Experience within a similar sector would be desirable, however, is not essential.

  • Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level

  • Previous experience delivering a wide range of administration functions would be advantageous

  • Competence and aptitude to work as part of team in a fast-paced office environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers

  • Experience of using a CRM System would be desirable, however is not essential as training will be given
