Full Job Description

As an Site Maintenance Technician, you will join our Kingsbury Maintenance Team in completing first line operational and maintenance tasks and day-to-day housekeeping within our busy terminal. This role will involve working closely with the site maintenance team, planning time and activities with the aim of continual improvement.

Typical maintenance activities may include housekeeping tasks around the terminal (waste management, overgrowth management and building maintenance), assisting mechanical and electrical maintenance teams with maintenance tasks, supervising contractors, gas testing, and initial response to faults, alarms and breakdowns.

If you would enjoy playing a key role to improve the day-to-day running of a busy terminal, then this could be the job for you., Full training will be provided but this role would benefit from practical hands-on skills from someone with previous experience working in a general maintenance role.,

  • Practical skills related to mechanical assembly, maintenance and use of mobile plant (desirable).

  • Previous safety training and experience of working in hazardous environments (desirable).

  • Valid driving licence.

  • Numerate, with good command of English language (written and verbal).

  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
