We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and creative Social Content Creator to join our team at bbd.

As a crucial member of our social department, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing its distribution across various social media platforms, and providing insightful performance reports to inform future strategies.,

  • Content Creation:

  • Film, edit, and produce captivating visual and written content tailored for organic posting on all the major social networks.
    Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
    Utilise historical data and strategic insights to curate compelling content calendars for assigned clients.
  • Content Distribution:

  • Execute seamless content distribution strategies across social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
    Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
    Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering meaningful engagement and community growth.
  • Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of content performance metrics, extracting actionable insights to refine future content strategies.
    Prepare comprehensive performance reports highlighting key KPIs, trends, and areas for improvement.
    Collaborate with internal teams to integrate performance insights into ongoing content creation and campaign optimisation efforts.
  • Client Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on content performance and discussing strategic recommendations.
    Present performance reports and insights to clients or internal stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, demonstrating expertise and confidence in recommendations.,
  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' social media presence through compelling and impactful content.

    Relevant BSc/BA degree preferred

  • Some experience or exposure to social media content creation

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing

  • Confident knowledge of social media platforms and channels

  • A highly motivated and resourceful self-starter

  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn, research, and use initiative

  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail

  • A good communicator, comfortable engaging with clients
