Full Job Description

As our Social Media Executive, you will coordinate the delivery and measurement of our social media communications. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of all social media channels and for creating and producing engaging content to be used across each platform and beyond.

  • Identifying opportunities to engage and collaborate with patient or sector groups

  • Generating content based on current trends and customer services feedback

  • Keeping up to date on social media trends

  • Working within KPI's and reporting on ROI activities

  • It is essential you have:

  • High level of IT proficiency (MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Deep understanding of social analytics and scheduling software (e.g. sprout social, hootsuite) and canva

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

  • Ability to think outside of the box

  • Social Media/Community Management degree or relevant experience

  • Although not essential, it would be very beneficial for you to have had experience working with a healthcare brand or in a highly regulated sector. An understanding of budget management would also set you in good stead.
