Full Job Description

The postholder will lead staff engagement and evaluation of the staff experience within the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme. Specifically the role will support the Mobilisation Lead to evaluate the new roles and services that have been implemented through the Transformation Programme, including how practice and culture is changing, how new training has been implemented and how service users have benefited from the changes to staff practice. The role also supports the culture development work of the Community Mental Health Transformation Partnerships including Third Sector Partners, Primary Care and Secondary Care Community Mental Health Teams.,

  • Leading on staff engagement to keep people informed about the changes

  • Working with the Mobilisation Lead and comms team to identify and develop approaches for informing and engaging staff

  • Evaluating impact of changes on people working across transforming community mental health services. This will include designing and delivering surveys, focus groups and interviews and analysing and interpreting the data

  • Designing Continuous Professional Development sessions and working with a range of delivery partners to oversee delivery and evaluation of those sessions
