Structural Precast Installer

This is a full-time on-site job located in Finsbury Park or Westminster as a Precast Cladding Installer. The Precast Cladding Installer will be responsible for installing architectural precast concrete wall cladding. They will work with a team to ensure that all installations are successful.

• At least 2 years of experience in precast installation


• Knowledge of precast concrete production and installation processes


• Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and plans


• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively


• Good physical fitness and willingness to work in an active on-site environment


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience working in a team setting


• Working at Height and Harness awareness essential


• CSCS Card essential


• IPAF preferred


• NVQ in precast installation preferred, Precast installer: 1 year (required)

  PAYE - £16.67ph, 9 hour shifts + lodge if working away from home


• CIS - £18.33ph, 9 hour shifts + lodge if working away from home

Pay: £16.67-£18.33 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
