Sub contract Gardener

We are seeking a skilled self employed Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating various landscapes and gardens. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of groundskeeping, irrigation, and the use of power and hand tools., Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and weeding
- Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Monitor and adjust irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed to control weeds and pests
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners for various gardening tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening equipment and work areas

Knowledge of plant care techniques, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning
- Familiarity with operating power tools used in gardening

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively,

• Gardening: 5 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
  
  £15.00 - £15.50 an hour - Permanent, Full-time, Freelance, Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.The person needs their own vehicle and machinery up to Stihl type standard
