Full Job Description
Teach swimming skills and techniques to students of all ages and skill levels
- Plan and conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their swimming abilities
- Ensure the safety of all participants during swim lessons
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians
Previous experience in swim instruction and qualifications ASA level 2 or STA Award would be a advantage.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with individuals of all ages
- Must hold a up to date DBS, Safeguarding certificate and RLSS water rescue qualification
