Bakehouse and Cookhouse: Deliver homemade creations, expertly crafted with locally sourced ingredients by our passionate team of bakers.

Team Support: Assist the Store Manager in fostering a positive work environment, managing shifts efficiently, and ensuring the team prioritises the guest experience.

Training & Development: Support the Store Manager in training and developing team members to meet high standards and deliver excellent service.

Key Holder Responsibility: Take on additional responsibilities for store security and operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.

Order Processing: Process daily orders accurately, keeping shelves stocked and guests satisfied.

Quality & Cleanliness Ambassador: Uphold high standards of product quality and store cleanliness for an exceptional guest experience.

Safety Sentinel: Ensure safety protocols are followed, keeping both team and guests safe.

Jack (or Jill) of All Trades: When the unexpected arises, you'll be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in, tackling any task with enthusiasm and efficiency.
